Hotels in Paris

The 'Hotel of the Three Chicks' is a lovely property due south of Place Pigalle. It has 40 rooms, half of which are small studios with their own cooking facilities. There's air-con throughout and one room has wheelchair access.
This place reeks of class and style; OK, so we're suckers for classical music and that's what greets you in the lobby on arrival. Take the steel-coloured, almost artistically designed lift up to the guestrooms and be soothed by the peach and flash colour scheme of the halls and the restful views over Paris (especially the panoramic ones from the 5th and 6th floor) or down onto the back patio. The patio is a great spot in the warmer months for breakfast or a drink. The vaulted breakfast room in the cellar may be devoid of light but it is so warm and inviting that this potential shortcoming is instantly forgotten.http://media.lonelyplanet.com/hotels/Direct/27/72/8/135811_Hotel-Residence-des-3-Poussins_2.jpg

Places to visit in Paris

Eiffel Tower (Tour Eiffel)

Eiffel Tower is the symbol of Paris and likely the most recognizable landmark of the city. It was built by Gustave Eiffel for the World Exhibition of 1889 and it was never meant to be a permanent addition to the city's skyline. Initially the artists and writers of Paris expressed their strong disapproval in regards to the tower but later generations commended it. The figures are impressive (like the fact that it weights 7000 tons) but forget about them and try to enjoy the sight (you'll forget the numbers soon but you'll always remember the tower's profile on the Paris sky). Everyone wants to visit this landmark so expect the lines to be long (or arrive there early).

New York City

INTRODUCTION
New York can be anything you want it to be. It’s why countless people have pinned their dreams on the place, thrown caution to the wind and shown up on its doorstep.
If you like a day filled with culture, start with a look at some Tseng Kwong Chi photographs celebrating East Village creativity in the eighties at the Paul Kasmin gallery, before ducking through Central Park to the Metropolitan Museum of Art for the current Japanese art exhibition.
Round out your afternoon with some off beat/experimental theater at the Abrons Art Center on the Lower East Side.

Statue Of Liberty
If you rather your city a little grittier, spend some time in the hidden, restful Trinity Church cemetery, then cross to the Lower East Side where the Tenement Museum paints an evocative portrait of early migrant life on the island. Grab a hot dog from a street cart and stroll around the recently renovated Columbus Park, watching the mah jong and domino players compete against a backdrop of basketball.

Hotels in new york

1)Upper West Side: Newton Hotel

Clean and cheap, this functional, almost chain-like hotel overlooks Broadway and boasts fairly spacious rooms with all new furnishings (including beds and TVs). Business gets a mix of international visitors and plenty of academic folk from Columbia University, 30 blocks north.
All 109 rooms in this nine-story former residence are new but nothing entering the realms of swank. Each comes with huge closets (with full-mirror doors), TVs, a microwave and refrigerator, and sparkling but small bathrooms. Double-paned windows won't keep all of Broadway's sirens out. Still lifes on the wall are cheesy, and higher-priced suites have an enigmatic sitting area with a sofa facing a wall. The single lobby elevator is slower than molasses, but there's free internet while you wait. There's no restaurant or snack area, but the next door Greek diner offers room service till midnight.
